Agogame Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

1General Terms & Eligibility

By using the agogame website and mobile platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between agogame and the user.

To use agogame, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by law in your country or region.
• You are allowed to open only one account in your own name.
• The information provided is accurate and truthful.

Agogame reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

Each person may only hold one account on agogame. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. agogame reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.

KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. The following documents may be required:

• National ID (NID) or Passport — photos of both sides required.
• A selfie photo — with your face clearly visible.
• Proof of address if required (utility bill or bank statement).

3Financial Transactions Policy

Both deposits and withdrawals on agogame are subject to certain rules and guidelines.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Your withdrawal method must also match your deposit method — for example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, you must withdraw to Mobile Pay.

Agogame charges no fees on deposits. A 1% fee may apply to card payment withdrawals. Bank and mobile banking withdrawals are completely free.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Agogame offers a variety of bonuses from time to time — welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

Wagering or Turnover Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after you have placed a specified amount in wagers — this condition is known as the "wagering requirement".

• Each bonus is generally valid for 7 to 30 days.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously.
• Some games count 100% toward wagering requirements, while others count only partially.
• Bonuses are limited to one per person / household / device / IP address.

5Betting Rules

All Sports Betting on agogame is conducted under a set of standard rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, agogame may allow cancellations in certain circumstances.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• Agogame reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Any bets placed during a technical error may be reviewed by agogame and either accepted or voided.
• Agogame is not liable for any inconvenience caused by network delays during in-play betting.

Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win on a single bet is ৳50,00,000 (five crore BDT). A separate limit applies to parlay bets.

6Account Suspension & Closure

Agogame may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information or forging KYC documents.
• Opening multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Use by anyone under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned following an investigation; however, bonus-related balances may be forfeited.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

Agogame believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not financial stress. That's why agogame encourages all users to play responsibly.

Agogame offers the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Limits: Set a time limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a permanent break for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

8Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If a dispute arises between agogame and a user, we will first attempt to resolve it through our support team. To contact support, Help Center Go to page.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, agogame will refer the matter to its licensing authority for a final decision. Both parties agree to accept that decision as binding.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which agogame is licensed. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
